The clubs benefiting in this first phase are Morabeza, Nô Pintcha, Benfica and Académica, all of whom have confirmed their presence in the island's main regional soccer competition. The financial support now available is an essential contribution to meeting the expenses inherent to the sporting season, namely logistics, team preparation and the organization of competitions.

In a statement, the town hall stressed that this gesture represents recognition of the effort, dedication and work put in by the Bravense clubs, many of which are sustained by voluntary work and the active involvement of local communities. The municipality also points out that the support is crucial to guaranteeing minimum conditions of competitiveness and encouraging the continuity of regional soccer.

The CMB stresses that investment in sport goes beyond the competitive aspect and is a fundamental pillar of the island's social development. The promotion of sport, according to the municipality, contributes to the healthy occupation of young people, the discovery and enhancement of local talent and the strengthening of social cohesion in the different localities of Brava.

The Brava municipality finally reiterated its commitment to continuing to support local sport, working in partnership with clubs and other sports agents, with the aim of creating better conditions for sports and the sustainable growth of soccer and other sports on the island.
